Dressage superstar? Chesterfield’s pedigree oozes showjumping, his sire Champion FP competes in Europe from the powerful Shockemohle stable; Champion Du Lys is a former winner of the famous Hamburg Derby under Ludger Beerbaum; and For Pleasure, there has been none better, the winner of over 1.8million Euro and two Olympic gold medals. His dam is a full sister to BP Zambezi who was exported to USA to showjump. Daley K is a prolific sire of performance horses including World Cup finalist Warlord II, FEI dressage competitor Splash II and Garryowen winner Warwind. However, whilst Chesterfield can jump, as expected from his breeding, with his outstanding presence, movement, balance and elevation, combined with a super temperament, we think his status as a star will obviously be dressage.
